THIS IS HOW WE ENSURE A SAFE STAY

At Regatta SPA Hotel our guests and staff members are the most important part of our daily operations. All of whom we pay special attention to maintaining health and safety. That is why we want to maximize health safety in different ways on the hotel and SPA premises. One aspect of this is the general guidelines and recommendations of the official health authorities regarding the COVID 19 situation. We also apply company's own additional guidelines to ensure safe stays with us.

General enhanced cleaning and hygiene practices

In our hotel, hygiene and cleanliness are always important and we have strict practices for them. We effectively disinfect various contact surfaces such as door handles, payment terminals, reception desks and elevator buttons with antibacterial detergents.

We take increased care of hand hygiene, which we also encourage our guests to do. Dispensable hand gloves are available in the public areas of our hotel.

Transparent plexiglass are installed at the reception desk to protect both our guests and employees.

The use of a face mask is voluntary for customers and staff in accordance with the general instructions. If the customer so wishes, the staff will wear a mask in a service situation. Please let our staff know this in advance or at the time of arrival.

At all payment points, we prefer card payment to cash.

We remind our guests to follow the recommended safety distance and make sure that no groups form in our common areas.

We want to protect the health of our guests and employees - so we ask you kindly not to use our services if you have even mild flu symptoms.

For health safety reasons, we minimize our room visits when the customer is inside their room. Remember that you can also contact the reception and spa staff from the room by telephone.

We will act in accordance with safety plans and policies if coronavirus is found in our facilities. Our staff members are trained accordingly.

Restaurant and other food service

Our hotel offers a wonderfull breakfast buffet. We stagger the arrival of breakfast according to the number of guests to avoid congestion. In the evenings, our restaurant has table controls to prevent congestion.

If you prefer to have breakfast in your room, you can order our take away option the night before. More information from our reception.

You can also order restaurant dishes to take away or enjoy them in your room during the restaurant's opening hours.

When we are having buffet service we offer disposable gloves for customers to use.

We clean the tables after each party. We effectively disinfect various contact surfaces such as table salt spreaders, vending machine buttons, payment terminals and highchairs for children.

We encourage everyone to use good hand hygiene and hand gloves before arriving at the restaurant - you´ll find it near the restaurant entrance.

Meeting and banquet facilities

In addition to department-specific guidelines, Regatta SPA Hotel's general health and safety policies are used in our meeting and banquet facilities.

We have flexible meeting rooms for different needs; we can position the tables and chairs so that the safety distances are realized. Contact our staff for more information on the options.

Regatta SPA - spa facilities

We encourage everyone to use good hand hygiene and hand gloves especially before arriving at the spa or spa department; you will find handbags near the spa entrance.

Our disinfection enhances the contact surfaces in all SPA and spa facilities.
